  • Participants MUST turn up to the studio on time. If you are late we cannot guarantee that you will have the time to execute the pieces scheduled for your session. If you arrive 15 minutes after your session has begun we are sorry that we will not be able to include you within that time slot, the safety induction is first and a necessary requirement to your experience.

We encourage you to arrive early and watch others working the material to get ‘a feel’ for the process.

We require 24 hour notice for cancellations of workshops. If you are feeling unwell on the day of your scheduled workshop please be in contact prior to the scheduled start time. We do not want any person arriving or participating if they are not feeling 100%. We may be able to reschedule if given enough notice.

Please notify staff if you have any health issues or a current injury we should be aware of.

We do reserve the right to refuse your participation if you arrive intoxicated or not of sound mind. If we do need to turn you away for some reason you will be compensated for your payment.
