Extreme care is taken in creating our works of glass. Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products, minor imperfections are a part of the individuality of each piece. Please check each items photo prior to purchase, which helps form the item description.
We do not replace items for change of mind.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received an item with a defect please contact us immediately at create@ruthallen.com.au; email us a brief description with photographs showing the fault.
If you have received a faulty item from an authorised stockist, please contact the stockist direction for assistance.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
RETURN FREIGHT
Items are to be returned to us in the same packaging as they are received. We do not cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty, or we shipped the incorrect item. We are not liable for the loss of items in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
DUTIES & TAXES (INT’L SHIPPING)
Any duties and taxes we pay to clear your delivery are non-refundable, where you return your item. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
