ORDER PROCESSING

Items are processed once payment is received. Orders received during normal business hours (AEST) are processed for shipment within 24 hours (up to 48 hours during busy periods). Extra processing time may be required for custom or made-to-order pieces.

POSTAGE

Cost of shipping is calculated individually, based upon size, weight and destination.

Items are posted via Australia Post or private courier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Extreme care is taken in the wrapping and packaging process by our team. We endeavour to keep postage and handling costs to a minimum, as well as the impact upon our environment through use of sustainable materials wherever possible.

International (outside of Australia) postage is possible. Please contact us prior to purchase so shipping can be calculated.
